Kevin Najafi, MBA, is an Iranian-born, North American entrepreneur, business principal and author based in Miami, Florida.
Born in Tehran, Iran, Kevin moved to Toronto, Canada, at age 18, where he began building his professional career. His experience spans hospitality, business operations, real estate brokerage, entrepreneurship and business development.
Early Business Experience
Kevin spent approximately 17 years in the hospitality industry, gaining experience in the ownership, operation and management of restaurants, sports bars and event facilities.
This period provided practical experience in staffing, customer service, financial management, operating costs and business growth.
Real Estate and Brokerage
Kevin later expanded into real estate brokerage and business development in Canada.
His professional background includes operating a brokerage organization with approximately 150 real estate agents and participating in residential and preconstruction real estate sales.
